Delivery was quick. Installation was clean and lasted just over an hour. The unit came pre programmed to our hardness. The chap I dealt with was Steve and he was very helpful. I received a full installation guide and manual. Once connected, I switched on the system and set the time as requested. The cogs moved around and water entered the unit. That was it.

After a week, I have to say the limescale difference is unquestionably better. Our shower heads are cleaner, having said that you need to give em a good clean first to wipe off the initial scale build up and then it stays clean. Our dishwasher seems to work smoother than before, I think it was clogged severely with scale. So, showering is great and my sons skin seems to itch less after bathing due to his Eczema.

Mary and I are both won over by this system which leaves the question why we waited so long to get it in. I think companies like yourselves (Aquasoft) need to educate the public more on these products cause there is a lot of people out there who aren't aware of the advantages of having one installed.
